When you get interested in saunas, a pile of information falls over. You find out that in there people heat up, whip their bodies, pour themselves with cold water, take massages, skin masks, soak in baths, breathe steam of herbs, etc. Everyone goes to sauna with his own purposes, after evaluating his needs and possibilities. Sauna is not a competition of endurance “who will stay longer”. You come here solely for your benefit and pleasure, do not do anything by force. Some time ago sauna was nearly the only place for bathing and curing purposes. Now it serves for intensive rest, meaningful association and teaches a healthy way of life.
