Plants and body rituals

Plants in sauna are not just "tools". Experience bath masters often treat them as friends and partners, who work together, helping to create the whole incredible journey.  Every tree or herb has not just physical or botanical qualities (1st part of this training was dedicated to explore this "practical" side of sauna plants). We can say, every plant is a "personality", with different life story, character and energy. This part of training is dedicated to make deeper connections with plants, feeling them, understand their hidden properties and using them in our sauna work.
