Are you a sauna master wanting to enhance your skills? Would you like to go beyond the simple pouring of "eucalyptus oil" and learn the deeper plant wisdom in the sauna? If yes, then this webinar is for you.
As a sauna master, being knowledgeable about aromatherapy is like possessing a brush to paint the air within your sauna. Aromatherapy enables you to create strong feelings in the room since smell has the capacity to link with strong emotions in the brain. It is automatic and can immediately relax, stimulate, or transport your clients to the sensation of well-being they seek.
The majority of saunas utilize natural flora, including whisks, herbal infusions, and essential oils. However, how do they affect the body, mind, and spirit in the unique atmosphere of a sauna? How do you make the optimal choice to enhance each guest's experience?
In the huge plant knowledge universe, one can easily lose direction. Clinical studies are a path, but sauna experiences require a more intuitive and holistic approach. This webinar gives you a strong foundation on plants so that you can make client-centered, informed decisions rather than relying on guesswork.
What to expect from webinar
Reveal authenticity: Go beyond generic terms like "natural fragrance." Learn to identify pure therapeutic-grade essential oils by knowing botanical names, distillation methods, and appropriate sources for true benefits.
Building whole-body experiences: Discover how to choose and use essential oils and aromatic herbs for mind-body-spirit connections. For example, use invigorating Eucalyptus for clarity and focus, or calming Lavender for relaxing at the end of the day.
Earning intuitive plant wisdom: Employ ancient principles such as the 4 Elements and Temperaments to determine a sauna visitor's condition and select the appropriate plant. For example, a "hot and dry" plant such as ginger may counteract a "damp and heavy" visitor's session.
Sauna safety: Understand key procedures. Learn dilution rates for essential oils (5-10 drops per liter on stones), contraindications for certain oils (no stimulants for hypertension or pregnancy), and ventilation needs.
Becoming an independent in aromas: Gain confidence to make quick, informed decisions in the sauna. Instead of relying on "Google search," you'll cultivate a sense that allows you to instinctively select the ideal plant for each guest, enhancing their well-being and your sauna ritual.

Aromatherapy basics
There is no doubt that we are actively influenced by all kinds of smells. In the sauna, even more so, as it moistens and opens up our protective barrier - our skin. A well-maintained sauna always has its own unmistakable scent that evokes warm memories. If the sauna smells unpleasant, the desire to bathe there is gone.
