This is a specialized advanced-level whisking training course for students who already have a basic understanding of traditional steam banya procedures and wish to learn the fundamentals of professional creative whisking. The training can last from 3 to 4 days, depending on the group size and experience. The goal of the training is to teach the basic methods of whisking (individualized hot massage with plant whisks in a steam bath) and their appropriate application.

Training content

• Holistic Whisking and communication through sensations
• Structure, staging, and design of Whisking procedures
• Dynamics and intense Whisking
• Gentle techniques
• Whisking of body parts
• Work ergonomics and self-protection

Note. This course requires physical and emotional endurance as well as familiarity with working in a steam bath. Therefore, we recommend completing Level 1 and Level 2 training before this course.

カスタマイズされた泡立て

このコースは、伝統的なスチーム・バンヤの手順をすでに基本的に理解し、プロフェッショナルな創造的泡立ての基礎を学びたい受講生のための、上級レベルの泡立て専門トレーニングコースです。
研修期間は3～4日間で、グループの人数や経験によって異なります。
トレーニングの目的は、泡立て（スチームバス内で植物泡立て器を使った個別のホットマッサージ）の基本的な方法とその適切な応用を教えることです。
