You already know about the strength of Lithuanian sauna trees and herbs. But imagine if each branch, each leaf, and each scent had a secret story, a part of old myths, or an unknown legend?

We would like to invite you to a very interesting webinar discovering what we can't see, yet definitely sense, in plants. Imagine enriching the sauna experience by incorporating the many existing beliefs, superstitions, and lore surrounding plants that have been present for so long.

  Traditional Lithuanian culture and mythology has very strong connections to the nature. Lithuanians were the lasts pagans in Europe, old knowledges, bealieves and worldview are still a part of everyday life. Understanding plants mythologyand hidden properties of plants are very heplful in rithual saunas or individual work.

  • Heaven and underworld plants. Divine play of the opposites.
