An exclusive, fully curated wild wellness ritual. This is not just a sauna; it is a transformative journey designed to reset your system and reconnect you with the wild elements of sea and fire.

This day is a celebratory immersion into the heart of wild bathing, perfect for anyone looking to experience a profound connection with nature through a guided, elemental ritual. No prior survivalist skill is needed; just an open heart. We provide clear guidance for first-timers in a heat that listens, not overwhelms.

Your Journey for the Day

This is a day of participation and surrender. As a small group, we will co-create our sacred space on the seashore, from building the hearth to tending the fire. The day culminates in a powerful, four-part bathing ritual designed to honour the elements and restore the spirit.

Agenda:

• 09:00 – Arrival & Coastal Attunement: We gather in a welcome circle with warm, wild-herb tea to set our intentions for the day. A guided sensory practice will help us tune into the coastal environment, preparing body and mind.
• 10:00 – The Wild Hearth: As a team, we will scout a location and build a minimalist stove from found stones, honouring leave-no-trace principles.
• 12:00 – Ceremonial Fire & Sauna Build: We open the hearth together. For the next 2.5 hours, we tend the fire to heat the stones while constructing a reversible wild sauna shelter from prepared natural materials.
• 14:30 – "Fire & Water Wedding" Ritual: At peak heat, we witness the timeless practice of making hot water by marrying stones and water, listening to the dialogue between the elements.
• 15:00 – Four Elements Sauna Ritual: You will be guided through four gentle rounds of sauna (Air, Fire, Water, Earth) with optional sea immersions and consent-based whisking.
• ~18:00 – Sunset Declaration: We conclude at sunset with a final closing circle, sharing our experience and signing a declaration to honour our connection with nature.
