Join us for an immersive four-day journey where the physical meets the spiritual. In the serene lakeside setting of Ilgutis, we gather to explore femininity as a bridge between heaven and earth, body and soul, plants and stars.
This retreat is designed for professional sauna masters, enthusiasts, and any woman seeking a sanctuary of beauty and "time for herself." You will learn to create botanical body rituals to use in your own practice or professional work.

Timing: Starts Monday at 15:00 | Ends Thursday at 12:00

THE PROGRAM

Day 1: Celestial Guidance. Explore how the Moon and Venus influence your life and birth chart with guest lecturer Rūta Aleknavičienė. Includes evening sauna rituals and crystal wisdom. Weather permitting: A night excursion to observe planets and constellations.

Day 2: The Green Wisdom. Gathering wild plants, whisk-binding (vantos), and mastering creative bodywork in the sauna. The evening is for fireside stories and secret feminine practices.

Day 3: The Path of the Peony. A lakeside pilgrimage to a peony plantation. We will dive into peony mythology, create botanical beauty remedies, and perform a sacred group ritual.

Day 4: Gratitude. A morning of integration, reflection, and gratitude before departure.
Note: Our program is organic—it may shift according to nature, the plants, and the group's energy. Flowing with change is part of our feminine practice.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Accommodations: A cozy lakeside villa with shared bathroom facilities. Choose during registration:
Single Room: €90 (total for 3 nights)
Shared Double Room: €60 (total for 3 nights)
Food: We will cook together as a community, learning to prepare simple Lithuanian national dishes while incorporating wild edible plants into our meals.
Group Size: Intimate and private (maximum 8 participants).
Logistics: Located in a remote village. Transfers are available from Kaunas (City/Airport) or the Trakai train station (easily reachable from Vilnius).
