Saulėja SPA is an oasis of relaxation in the very center of Kaunas. We will help you will forget all your worries and experience true relaxation.
Generations of our ancestors used to draw health in the sauna. The heat of the sauna has soothed the stresses of long days of work and the fatigue of the body, as well as relieving and healing colic. The sauna was seen as an excellent means of preventing colds.
The sauna is a unique source of health, beauty and well-being, and when combined with spa treatments, the results are truly incredible. Pleasant warmth, water, steam, the touch of the baths and the hands of the master, the aromas - everything that is best, that helps you to relax and immerse yourself in a state of true bliss, to shed all that is unnecessary. It's not for nothing that they say a sauna makes you feel like a newborn!
For the real sauna lovers we offer cozy private space with separate enterance, warm and cold pool and big room for rest. The hot-room is comfortable for sitting or lying down. There is enough space for 15-20 persons, but for real comfort we recomend groups up to 10 persons.
Also, we invite you to use our common sauna space with jacuzzi and 2 hammam rooms. Our bathmasters offer traditional Lithuanian sauna (pirtis) treatments, you can also order hammam ritual, different massages or beauty treatments.

The Sauna Aid treatments for Ukrainian people are organzed as needed, mostly once a week.
