Contrast

Kontrast DA, kontrast ET

The state of being strikingly different from something else, typically something in juxtaposition or close association. In the sauna, contrast of temperatures between hot, warm and cold are vitally important to experience the full benefits, as it increases blood circulation and further facilitates the sweating and detoxification process.
