Kvast
Badequast DE, Vanta LT, viht ET, Vihta/vasta FI, Whisk EN, Веник RU
En kvast, dusk eller et ris (dog ikke fastelavnsris!!) med blade. På finsk kaldet "vihta" eller "vasta". Kan være i mange forskellige træsorter med vidt forskellige dufte. Bruges til varmeterapi (se d.) I Finland er det selvbetjening d. v. s. man giver sig selv venlige dask med kvasten over det hele under en saunagus evt. med hjælp til dask på ryggen fra en af de andre badene. I andre lande i østeuropa uddannes bademestre til at bruge flere af disse til varmeterapi.
