Whisking
Kvastning DA, Vanojimas LT, Vihdonta FI, vihtlemine ET
A process of stedy and even warming of the bathers body using a steam from bath stove and a special bath whisk made of tree leaves and smal branches. Whisking is also a massage technique by using a stroking and whipping movement with a light or strong intensity; slowly or rapidly.
