Our program continues the professional discussions initiated in webinars such as “Sauna Operations,” “Microclimate Management,” “Sauna Stove Technology,” and “Sauna Design.” Preference is given to attendees of these webinars to ensure a seamless learning progression.

- On-the-go sauna analysis: Apply the sauna analysis skills from our webinars while visiting various private and commercial saunas along the way.
- Immersive sauna evenings: Participate in three transformative sauna evenings led by top masters, Rimas Kavaliauskas and Birutė Masiliauskienė. Experience personalized sauna practices designed to maximize sensory impact and deepen your understanding of the craft.

Day 1: Arrival (Monday, January 20)
6:00 PM: collecting participants from Vilnius. Driving to sauna.
7:00–10:00 PM: Get together. Evening sauna, talks about climate and some measurements.
Day 2: Sauna Training, Day 1 (Tuesday, January 21)
10:00 AM: Departure by bus from Vilnius meeting point (s)
11:00–1:00 PM: Tour of a sauna barrel factory. Excursion, discussion.
1:00–2:00 PM: Lunch.
2:00–5:00 PM: En route visits to unique saunas.
5:00 PM: Arrival at Jazzvilla, a distinctive commercial sauna.
6:00–8:00 PM: Microclimate management seminar. Microclimate testing.
8:00–10:00 PM: Traditional Lithuanian sauna evening program.
10:00–10:30 PM: Microclimate evaluation and discussion.
10:30 PM: Return to Vilnius.

Additional Information
Accommodation: Not included in the price. Participants book accommodation in Vilnius at their own expense. There are lots of affordable options (€40–60 per night or less).
Transport: We provide all necessary transfers, including airport pick-up by prior arrangement.
Meals: Snacks and light after-sauna meals are included in the fee. Breakfast and lunch are not included in the price.

Who can participate
During the tour, we want to continue the professional discussions started during the seminars on "Sauna Operation", "Microclimate", "Sauna stoves" and "Sauna construction", and to complement the concepts taught in these seminars with practical sensorial examples. Therefore we will reduce the price of all 4 webinars by 30% for the registrants of the the practical training.
However, we make the registration open (it means anyone can participate), but we have following obligatory conditions:
- Participation in the webinar „Holistic sauna“ or „Sauna Maintainance“ before the excurtion.
- Atenndee fully agrees that during the excursion and while in saunas we do not allow alcohol consumption (including beer).
- Educational themes of this practical excursion will be credited only after the patricipant finishes his theory studies (it can be done later)
Price
440€ - Early Bird registration until December 31, 22:00PM EET. After that - 510€.
Registration is done by paying advance payment of 170€ (consisting in 150€ prepaiment for practical part and 20€ full payment for the webinar), followed by payment of the rest of the price agaist the individual payment link sent to registrant no later then 21 day before the practical part).
The full price includes:
- Participation in webinar „Sweat Bath ABC“ or „Sauna Maintenance and Care“
- Visiting 3 selected top quality saunas,
- Pick-up from/to agreed collecting point (s) in Vilnius,
- 2 visits to sauna industry facilities,
- 2 educational programs in saunas (microclimate and steam creation)
- Full individual whisking or similar other treatment (up til 40 min) in traditional Lithuanian rural pirtis and
- fresh/mineral water in sauna.
The price dos not include hotels, meals or other services.
Payments and cancelation
Following rules protect your rights ob both sides in the case of cancellation. We assume that every participant has read and agreed with them if the registratin is made.
Price policy - 170€ registration deposit, to register. If a person cancels earlier then 21 days before the event, 120€ will be refunded, if later - no refund.
If the event does not take place and it is announced earlier then 21 days before the event (30 December) - full refund, if cancelation is announced later than 21 days before the event - full refund and additional compensation of 75€.
If the event is announced to take place, an individual payment reference will be sent 25 days before the event to cover the remaining ballance. This amount must be paid at least 21 days before the event. If this payment is delayed, the participant will be charged an additional €75.
Registration
Registration is only possible by finding registration link in your „activity zone registration section“. To find that you have to connect to the bath.academy page and find the „registrations“ section in your local navigation menu.
Alternative way is to write e-mail to rimas ET pirtis.lt and ask for individual payment link. This registration method invilves extra 10€ charge and is a boit slower (may take an extra day), so use it at your own risk.
After registration is made you will receive a confirmation letter.
IMPORTANT. The smalest possible group is 3 persons, once this number or participants is reached - you are 100% sure that the seminar will take place. You will see the number of registered participans at the top of this page.
