A sauna bench is a seat for several people to sit on made of wood. Sauna benches are not only meant to sit but also to lay on. They are used for sweating, washing, whisking.
The dimentions of sweat bath bench depends on their purpose. Siting benches are about 40-50 cm high and 50-60 cm wide. Laying (whisking) benches are typicaly 60-70 cm high and 60-90 cm wide. Washing benches usualy come somewhere in between. The variety of benches are platforms.
