Deeper Into The Magic: women's sauna training camp

Date: 2025-05-26, 15:00
All places taken.
In modern saunas, men and women often go to the sauna together. However, in the old Lithuanian sauna culture, it was customary to go to the sauna separately. Being in their own circle, women can relax more, it is easier for them to open up, trust their bodies, and share the secrets of female healing.
This camp is intended for women who are already familiar with the basics of sauna work and whisking and want to delve deeper into individual and group work techniques.
The program of this camp includes the study topics of the International Bath Academy Level 3 as well as additional topics focused primarily on women and working with emotions, and the creation of women's sauna rituals.
This is a preliminar description ot the female sauna retreat, 26-30 May, 2025.

Practical information
The camp will be held in a rural tourism homestead by a lake near Trakai (35 km from Vilnius, 100 km from Kaunas airport). If possible, participants are asked to arrive in Trakai by bus or train, from here you will be taken to the camp site by car. Also, by prior arrangement, transportation from Vilnius or Kaunas airport is possible.
The price includes accommodation at the seminar site, in single or double rooms with shared shower and toilet.
Since the number of participants in the camp is small, and different participants may have very different dietary needs and restrictions, ordering food that is suitable for everyone can be difficult, so we plan to cook the food ourselves or order it, after coordination with the participants. The homestead has a kitchen, refrigerator, barbecue, and the organizers will provide the products.
